November 2017

Ready for a quick recap of the Williams' November?  Hold on to your seats!

I started the month with an art retreat. (see me in the back with the tie dye?)

(my 'work' station)

It was a fun weekend.  Something I'd never done before.  Somehow it was both outside of my comfort zone and exactly in my wheel house.  I'm so glad I went!

The retreat was Friday-Sunday, but I did manage to sneak out so I could see Taylor play in a tournament game.

They came in third place!

I returned home just in time to celebrate Grandmama's birthday.

While I was gone, Morgan was busy creating her own artwork.

Mark and my cousin, Andrew, attended the school's Veteran's Day ceremony.

My sisters and mom treated me to a fun night in Yellow Springs as a pre-birthday celebration.

We had a blast!

Charlie started playing flag rugby and LOVES it!

(a quick trip to the library)

I treated the kids to ice cream to celebrate their OUTSTANDING report cards.

Morgan cleaning up in preparation for Thanksgiving.  She doesn't like the noise of the vacuum (I didn't either as a kid) so she wears these earmuffs!

Thanksgiving morning.

Don't mind if I do!

What's Thanksgiving without football?

The girls made party favors for everyone.

After dinner entertainment:

I started my 40th birthday by participating in my 25th annual Sharonville craft show.  This year was very different because I wasn't there to sell my mom's crafts.  This year I sold my own hand painted cards.

Then I celebrated with a family dinner at my mom's house.

I later met some friends for drinks by my house, but forgot to take photos.  The real birthday celebration came next month with a trip to New York City!  More on that soon...
